Digital top-up orders
Because top-ups are digital services, completed or successfully delivered top-ups are generally not reversible. If an order cannot be delivered, contact support with your order number so the payment and delivery status can be reviewed.
Incorrect ID / UID
Please verify the destination ID before ordering. A successfully delivered top-up sent to the ID submitted by the customer may not be recoverable.

For an undelivered or disputed order, contact TopupSheba support and provide the order number and payment reference.
